Job Overview
As a Senior Engineer Plant Performance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and resolving production issues. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and finalizing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for quality issues, overseeing action plans and initiatives, and leading maintenance issue resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and finalize RCAs for dyeing/finishing lots with quality issues and operational delays.
- Escalate identified issues to relevant stakeholders and collaborate on solutions.
- Lead the development and execution of action plans to address production challenges.
- Resolve maintenance-related issues in coordination with the Plant Head.
- Conduct accurate data analyses, review performance metrics, and generate insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing production in a process industry.
- Familiarity with Orgatex systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in data analytics is a plus.
