Job Description:
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in network administration? Join Lucky Motor Corporation Limited in our Information & Technology Department as a Network Administration Lead. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to oversee our network infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Administer network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and related devices.
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and proactively correct malfunctions and operational difficulties.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide support for VOIP and Video Conferencing.
- Plan and implement network security measures, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, creating network backup and disaster recovery plans, and managing VPN users.
- Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
- Investigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
- Recommend changes to system operation and LAN/WAN procedures to ensure adherence to ICT policies.
- Be well-versed with Passive IT Network Infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in IT/CS.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- CCNA/CCNP/NSE Mid-Level certification preferred.
