Getz Pharma is on the lookout for a proactive and technically skilled Executive – HVAC Engineer to join our Engineering team in Karachi. If you hold a degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, possess 3-4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, have a good understanding of P&ID, Pneumatic drawings, AutoCAD, and strong knowledge of HVAC systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance: Execute all types of maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown, for HVAC equipment. Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and ensure an adequate stock of spares and operating supplies to guarantee uninterrupted HVAC system operation.
- Drawing and Layout: Utilize AutoCAD to create schematic drawings and layouts, contributing to the efficient design and functionality of HVAC systems.
- Testing and Calibration: Perform DOP (Dispersed Oil Particle) testing of HEPA filters, carry out air balancing of production areas, and calibrate instruments to maintain optimal performance.
Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in P&ID, Pneumatic drawings, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of DOP testing of HEPA filters, air balancing of production areas, and instrument calibration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach to work.
