Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and timeliness? HilalR is seeking a Senior Executive Accounts to join our team in Karachi. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the financial stability of our organization by overseeing key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation of Bank reconciliation in SAP on a monthly basis.
- Accurate recording of all accruals and expenses in SAP.
- Maintenance of Lease schedules and monthly Lease/Ijara expenses records.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks to ensure the smooth and timely provision of all required documents.
- Comprehensive filing of all documents related to Treasury operations.
- Coordinating with banks for both inland and foreign Letters of Credit (L/C) and Contracts, from opening to retirement.
- Ensuring the submission of ERF renewal documents to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) against the ERP facility availed.
- Regular updating of the daily fund position.
Location: Karachi
Qualification:
- ACCA Qualified
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
