Job Opportunity: Data Entry Operator (Oracle / ERP)
About Us: Sapphire Textiles is a leading name in the textile industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Lahore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Operator specializing in Oracle ERP, your role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate and organized data within our systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently entering data into the Oracle ERP system, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Generating reports and providing data extracts from the Oracle ERP system as required by various departments.
- Monitoring data entry processes and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance both efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation is a prerequisite for this role.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related positions, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Exceptional analytical skills to ensure precision and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in working with Oracle ERP system, demonstrating a solid understanding of its functionalities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
