Position: General Manager – Export Marketing & Sales
Overview: As the General Manager – Export Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for driving international sales and growth targets. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision, market expertise, leadership acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for exports aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Drive export sales and achieve revenue targets through effective marketing initiatives and relationship-building.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new fabric products tailored to export market preferences.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree, preferably MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Significant experience in fabric sales, marketing, and exports with large-scale textile companies.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Travel exposure and familiarity with European, USA, and Canadian markets.
- Proficiency in English language and strong interpersonal skills.
