As an Executive Secretary at MCB Bank Limited, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to high-level executives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their daily activities. Your role will involve handling sensitive information, managing communications, and coordinating meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records, including executive documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the executive’s business trips.
- Attend meetings with the executive, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and organize corporate events, conferences, and seminars as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and preparation for meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in any other administrative tasks or special projects assigned by the executive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant is preferred.
