Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., a renowned food company in Pakistan, is seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Creative Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the creative team in developing and executing various marketing and advertising materials. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing and advertising materials, including print and digital media.
• Assist in creating visually appealing and engaging content, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual impact and maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and sales teams, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure the smooth execution of design projects.
• Manage and organize design files, digital assets, and project documentation.
• Assist in coordinating and managing photoshoots and other creative projects.
• Stay updated with software tools and design technologies to enhance productivity and creativity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, visual communication, or fine arts.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong visual communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas through design.
• Basic knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work is highly preferred, especially if it includes marketing and advertising materials.
