Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in sales analysis? Shan Foods is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan, as an Assistant Manager Sales Controller. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sales operations and financial management.
Capability Snapshot
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Financial or Sales Analyst
- Solid understanding of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Sales Operations and processes, including claims management
- Prior experience with SAP in the Sales & Distribution (S&D) module
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager Sales Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, including revenue and profitability
- Developing and maintaining sales reporting and analysis tools
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales data and claims
- Supporting sales forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing and optimizing processes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilizing SAP S&D module to streamline sales operations and reporting
