As a DMT Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Kia vehicles.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Inspect and test vehicle components to ensure proper functioning.
- Interpret technical manuals and specifications to guide repair procedures.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to resolve complex issues.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay updated on Kia vehicle models, technical updates, and repair techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Hands-on experience in automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
