Job Role:
As the Zonal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overall supervision of zone operations, ensuring adherence to operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Timely response to reports from the team and ensuring the clearance of all operational reports.
- Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Establishing controls over expenses and vouchers within the assigned zone.
- Ensuring high service quality standards are maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Strong operational background with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
