Job Responsibilities:
As a Website Developer at Kamal LTD, you’ll be at the forefront of web development, responsible for:
- WordPress Expertise: Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins while adhering to best practices for security and optimization.
- Shopify Mastery: Design and build captivating e-commerce websites on the Shopify platform. Customize themes, integrate additional functionalities, and manage product listings and orders effectively.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies, specifically within WordPress and Shopify realms.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, contributing to website performance and user experience enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in website development, with a strong focus on WordPress and Shopify.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is advantageous.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and marketing automation tools or CRM systems.
