Key Responsibilities:

As the Unit Head – IT Governance Compliance, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing Governance Framework: Develop and implement comprehensive IT governance frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and best practices related to IT governance.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks by implementing robust control measures and conducting regular audits.
• Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate IT governance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the IT governance compliance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
