Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience at a reputable organization
Overall Responsibilities: As a Travel Coordinator at Engro Fertilizers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel and accommodation experiences for our employees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with employees and third-party travel service providers to manage travel and accommodation requests, encompassing both Domestic and International Air Travel, Within City and Inter-City Car Rentals, Bus Travel, Train Travel, Visa Support, and Hotel & Guest House Bookings.
- Collaborating with a third-party service provider to handle token tax payment for company executive vehicles and compensation cars.
- Ensuring an uninterrupted fuel card service for company executives.
- Overseeing the booking of the company’s dedicated recreational facilities such as lodges and beach huts.
- Coordinating with the recreational facilities’ O&M service provider to manage and maintain our dedicated recreational facilities, conducting maintenance activities as required.
- Managing employee relocations through coordination with third-party service providers.
- Providing training to third-party service providers to ensure adherence to company policies and cardinal rules.
- Liaising with third-party service providers to obtain accurate monthly invoices for timely processing.
