Requirements:

  • Education: Candidates should hold a BBA/BSc degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: While prior experience is preferred, we welcome fresh graduates with a minimum of 0-1 years of relevant work experience.

Overall Responsibilities:

As a Territory Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market share for Engro Fertilizers Ltd. Here are some key responsibilities associated with the role:

  1. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to Engro Fertilizers’ Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standards is paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company procedures, policies, and ethical standards at all times.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Your primary focus will be on meeting sales targets for all brands and products as per the designated plan. This will involve developing and maintaining an efficient dealer network through regular communication and effective dealer contacts to maximize sales and achieve planned market shares.
  3. Market Intelligence: Providing timely feedback on market dynamics, sales projections, competitor activities, and product pricing will be essential. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making and help maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  4. Customer Engagement: Establishing and nurturing relationships with farmers is key to success in this role. You will be responsible for engaging with farmers as per the agreed plan through various activities to drive product consumption and meet conversion and retention targets.
