Education:
- BBA/MBA or BS/MS in Textile Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding orders, products, and services.
- Order Handling: Manage the process of receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely manufacturing of products according to customer specifications and requirements.
- Packaging and Delivery: Oversee packaging processes and coordinate delivery logistics to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products to customers.
