Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the sales and distribution of Fauji Foods products within an assigned geographical region. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and distribution handling within the dairy or FMCG industry and will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing relationships with distributors, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Distribution Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned territory, ensuring products are available and well-distributed to meet customer demand.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market reach.
- Team Management and Coordination:
- Lead and manage a team of sales personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
- Foster relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of products.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze sales data and generate regular reports on performance, trends, and market conditions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
- Strategic Planning:
- Implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals and objectives, optimizing territory performance.
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management and distribution handling, preferably in the dairy or FMCG sector.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, meet targets, and drive growth.
- In-depth knowledge of sales operations and distribution channels in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
