Key Responsibilities:
- Boiler Operation: Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure efficient steam generation for the plant’s production processes.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on boiler systems, checking for any issues or malfunctions. Ensure that the system is running safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and address any operational problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continues without delays.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and regulations related to boiler operations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience working with steam generation and utility systems.
- Education: DAE in Mechanical, Electronics, or Boiler 3rd Class certification.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of boiler systems and steam generation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain boiler systems effectively.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and procedures for boiler operation.
