A Deep Dive into the Role: Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager is the backbone of our field sales force. You are the captain of your territory, responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and ensuring our products are available and visible everywhere. You will be responsible for appointing, training, and motivating distributors. Your goal is to ensure optimal coverage, efficient inventory management at the distributor level, and the successful launch of new products into the market.

Team Leadership & Field Force Management: You will lead a team of sales officers and frontline sales staff.
