Key Accountabilities:
As a Territory In Charge, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by achieving monthly targets for the assigned area, leveraging your strategic insights and market knowledge to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Market Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction by delivering products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through regular market visits, market analysis, and proactive engagement with key stakeholders.
- Sales and Collection Performance: Enhance sales and collection performance in the area by implementing effective strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports as required, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales and territory management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, build relationships, and influence outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate insights effectively.
