Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader – SME, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of ARMs /RMs/SRMs, providing guidance and support to help them achieve assigned targets.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
