Job Description:
Position: Superintendent Admin Plant
Requirements:
- Education: Masters in Business Administration
- Experience: 8 Years of Relevant Experience
- Expertise:
- Well-versed in Admin Regulations
- Strong Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) Regulations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative operations at the plant site.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant administrative regulations and policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve administrative issues.
- Handle employee relations and address any grievances or concerns in accordance with IR regulations.
- Implement best practices for administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
