Position Overview
As a Sr. Officer in Finishing/Packing at Interlop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of pre-finishing, finishing, packing, and inspection tasks for washed garments, meeting the highest standards of quality and customer specifications. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execution of Finishing Plan: Ensure the timely and efficient execution of the finishing plan, meeting production targets and quality standards.
- Waste Control: Implement measures to control B-grade waste, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Report Verification: Verify production reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness, maintaining detailed records of activities.
- Participation in Audits: Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information and support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- EHS Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
