Position Overview
As the Sr. Manager Projects Implementation, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of key projects within the Retail Banking Group. Based in Lahore, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans to outline key milestones, work streams, and activities. Manage project delivery according to established plans and schedules, monitoring progress and addressing deviations as necessary.
- Performance Measurement: Utilize appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance. Track progress against established metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Project Scope and Objectives: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Review project proposals, prepare project plans, and manage resource requirements, allocation, and availability, both internally and with third-party vendors.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships and communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project outcomes with their expectations and requirements. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in project implementation. Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, empowering them to perform their roles effectively and contribute to project objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation or Masters degree, preferably in Business or IT-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in IT skills is desirable. Candidates with a diploma from the Institute of Bankers of Pakistan (JAIBP) will be preferred.
