Position: SQA Executive (Software Quality Assurance)
As an SQA Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our software systems and applications. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Quality Assurance Strategies: Developing and implementing robust quality assurance strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of software projects.
- Defect Management: Managing defect tracking and resolution processes to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluating and enhancing quality assurance processes and practices to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster best practices within the MIS department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to align on quality objectives and requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the ongoing improvement of QA processes to adapt to evolving technologies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of ensuring software reliability and performance.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Location: The position is based in Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Karachi.
