Job Description: As a Service Quality Consultant at Meezan Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service quality across our branches. Your responsibilities will include conducting branch visits, evaluating performance, and identifying areas for improvement. You will act as a service ambassador, facilitating the resolution of service-related issues at various levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance in alignment with key service indicators.
- Act as a service ambassador for the bank, expediting service-related issues at area, region, or head office levels.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement within branches and banking processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
