Job Description:
As a Senior Supervisor Channels, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between our sales team and head office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recording and updating channels information database across all divisions.
- Managing and documenting sales staff queries, facilitating solutions, and escalating issues for further management action.
- Serving as a liaison between the sales team and head office operations, ensuring proper documentation and communication protocols are followed.
- Daily troubleshooting of sales team problems, providing timely support and solutions.
- Compiling data from the sales team to analyze trends and performance metrics.
Education & Experience Required:
- Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in business support software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with sales automation processes.
- Age range: 25-35 years.
