Position: Senior Software Engineer
Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Nishat Chunian Group, you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at optimizing our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules. Your duties will include:
- Oracle EBS Management: Oversee various Oracle EBS modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets Management, and Inventory management.
- Development: Design and develop functional and technical solutions for Oracle applications. This includes deploying concurrent processes, custom developments, and maintaining databases, views, triggers, functions, and procedures using SQL/PLSQL.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for functional and technical designs of Oracle applications to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Issue Resolution: Participate in the creation and follow-up of Oracle service requests (SRs) to address any issues encountered within the eBusiness Suite R12 environment.
Person Specifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Oracle EBS implementation role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Software Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Oracle 6i, 10g Forms and Reports, and PL/SQL is essential.
