Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager – SME, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) banking products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and ensuring that our SME offerings remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, risk management, and operations to develop and execute product strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in the SME banking segment.
- Define product requirements, features, and pricing strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Drive product innovation and differentiation through the introduction of new features, enhancements, and value-added services.
- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SME banking products, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and assisting in customer-facing activities as needed.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SME banking products or related financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving innovation in financial services.
