Position Overview: Senior Officer/Officer Quality Control
As a Senior Officer/Officer Quality Control, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, from the initial stages of production to the final packaging. We are looking for candidates with a strong educational background and practical experience in quality control, specifically in the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of products at every stage of production, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- AQL Standards: Demonstrate proficiency in AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards to maintain consistency and reliability in product quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and any deviations from the standard procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure understanding and adherence to quality control protocols.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA or Master’s in Total Quality Management (TQM) or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in the textile industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of textile operations, from cutting to packaging.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to identify even minor deviations from quality standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality-related issues and solutions.
