Position: Senior Officer – Finishing
As a Senior Officer in Finishing at Sapphire Fibres Limited, your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance with Production Schedules: Ensuring consistent compliance with production schedules and maintaining machine efficiency for finishing on a periodic basis.
- Monitoring RFT Percentage: Tracking the Right First Time (RFT) percentage during shifts against specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality standards are met.
- Supervising Finishing Processes: Supervising the finishing process and implementing troubleshooting measures for ongoing process improvement to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Job Specifications:
- Education: BSc/MSc in Textile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in textile finishing operations.
