Now Hiring: Senior Marketing Manager
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Fazal Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth within the yarn industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales and planning strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the yarn industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
- Managing and nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers, their needs, and preferences in the yarn market.
- Providing product knowledge and technical support to customers, addressing inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into market performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s yarn products and enhance brand presence.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: MS/MPA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration (BS Textile Engineering is preferable) from an HEC recognized University.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to the China market export.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing within the textile industry.
