We are committed to excellence and are looking for a Senior Manager Sales Strategy & Planning to contribute to our continued success.

Position Summary:

  • Vacancy: 01
  • Qualification: MSc in Defense Strategic Studies / MBA (Marketing / Finance / Project Management) or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of proven working experience as SM Sales or in a similar position, with experience in handling business projects, managing teams, and preparing project feasibilities, along with business project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Business Plans for NLC in alignment with the vision, mission, and objectives defined in “Vision 2028.”
  • Maintain close liaison with relevant Ministries, government departments, and the CPEC Authority to stay informed about policy developments and business opportunities, including CPEC and regional trade.
  • Stay vigilant regarding the latest market and business trends and incorporate them into our Business Plans.
  • Monitor sales and team performance.
  • Conduct cost analysis for planning, programming, and budgeting.
  • Formulate planning and strategy for business growth.
  • Prepare project feasibilities through comprehensive cost analysis.
  • Analyze pricing data, industry standards, previous sales trends, and competitor data, and report findings to decision-makers.
  • Identify and develop appropriate sales and clearance prices to boost customer traffic.
  • Propose improvements in internal business processes.
  • Foster relationships with Defense Organizations to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Submit daily progress reports to the line manager.
