Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager/Manager in Disciplinary Action, you will play a pivotal role in the Human Resource Management Group, contributing to the overall organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Disciplinary Action Management: Lead and manage the disciplinary process within the organization, ensuring fairness, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee grievances, conflicts, and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures related to disciplinary actions, keeping abreast of industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, legal advisors, and senior management to provide guidance on disciplinary matters and promote a harmonious workplace culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resource Management, with a focus on disciplinary actions.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
