Position Overview: Senior Designer
As a Senior Designer at AlRahim Textile, you will play a crucial role in the creative process, contributing to the development of innovative towel designs that resonate with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conceptualizing and creating original towel designs that align with market trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to bring designs from concept to completion.
- Conducting research on emerging trends, materials, and techniques to inform design decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Creating detailed design specifications and prototypes for production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualification: A degree in Textile Design or a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in towel designing, with a proven track record of creating successful designs.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software and tools, a strong understanding of textile materials and production processes, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
