Position Overview:

As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving targets within your assigned territory. Requirements:

  • Education: A B.A or BBA degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field is required. This educational background equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the sales domain.
  • Experience: We are looking for candidates with up to 4 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry. Previous experience in sales roles is highly desirable, as it provides you with the insights and expertise needed to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Officer at Innovative Biscuits, your key responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on productivity, drop size, SKU’s per bill, and achieving KPI’s according to defined targets.
  • Ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual budget numbers, including volume targets.
  • Conducting thorough scans of outlets and implementing proper sectional build-up in the defined belt/territory.
  • Ensuring the consumption of stock before expiration to minimize wastage.
  • Implementing trade and brand plans in the assigned market to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Meeting sales targets within the assigned territory and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Timely processing and raising of distributors’ claims to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining and building availability (AVA) of products in the assigned territory to meet consumer demand.
