Key Responsibilities:

- Focusing on productivity, drop size, SKU’s per bill, and achieving KPI’s according to defined targets.
- Ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual budget numbers, including volume targets.
- Conducting thorough scans of outlets and implementing proper sectional build-up in the defined belt/territory.
- Ensuring the consumption of stock before expiration to minimize wastage.
- Implementing trade and brand plans in the assigned market to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Meeting sales targets within the assigned territory and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Timely processing and raising of distributors’ claims to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining and building availability (AVA) of products in the assigned territory to meet consumer demand.
