Aisha Steel, a leading steel manufacturing company based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about sales and marketing and eager to contribute to our company’s growth and success. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with a strong desire to kickstart their career in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions.
- Attend sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows to represent the company and showcase our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and marketing with a desire to build a successful career in this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
