The Role:

As the National Sales Manager – New Vertical, you will be instrumental in shaping our sales trajectory and expanding our market presence. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales targets nationwide.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and plan the roadmap for our nationwide sales team members, ensuring they are equipped to succeed and exceed objectives.
  • Forecasting and Market Analysis: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts while staying informed about market trends and customer demands.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer demands and market trends to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Brand Consistency: Work closely with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency throughout all sales processes and promotions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team members are well-trained and knowledgeable about our merchandise.
  • Uniform Protocols: Maintain uniform protocols and standards across all regions to ensure consistent customer experience and operational excellence.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience: You should have 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role, specifically within the retail fashion industry, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic sales capabilities.
  • Qualifications: A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred, showcasing your commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
