Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd a renowned food company, is currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing daily sales activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, contracts, and customer information.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of the food industry or FMCG sector is an advantage.
