LifeCo is now looking to expand its team and is hiring a Sales Coordinator to be based in Dubai, UAE.


Role Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will be a key player in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes, assisting in customer communications, and providing administrative support to sales activities. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who will contribute to the achievement of sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.
    • Ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to orders.
  • Customer Coordination:
    • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
    • Ensure smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and other departments.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
  • Follow-Up & Reporting:
    • Track the progress of sales orders, ensuring that deadlines are met and orders are fulfilled.
    • Provide regular sales performance reports and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Native Spanish proficiency and excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales coordination or related roles, preferably in a technical or safety-related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
