Job Overview:
The Export Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the international sales of LifeCo’s fire and safety products. This role involves managing and expanding the company’s export market, building relationships with international distributors, and ensuring that products are delivered according to customer specifications and within deadlines.
As the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and implementing sales strategies to grow the business across various international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Expansion:
- Identify and target potential international markets for expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales, focusing on key regions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and issues.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market opportunities and tailor strategies to maximize sales.
- Product Management:
- Work with the product development and production teams to ensure products meet international standards.
- Coordinate the logistics and delivery process to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the progress of export sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding the performance of the export market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international sales, particularly in the export sector.
- Previous experience in the fire and safety equipment industry is a plus.
- Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
