Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the RMS store.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal stock rotation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.
- Train and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
