Position Overview: Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager at Dubai Islamic Bank, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met effectively. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their financial goals and offering appropriate banking solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to promote DIB’s products and services, cross-selling and upselling where appropriate to meet sales targets.
- Financial Advisory: Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions about banking products.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Location:
This position is based in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, offering a strategic location within a vibrant community and easy access to clientele.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking, with a focus on relationship management and sales.
- Sound knowledge of Islamic banking principles and products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
