Position: Head of Research & Innovation
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Work Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the R&D team, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and project requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive research plans.
- Define specific objectives for each research project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand the organization’s product development and marketing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather input and insights, incorporating them into research initiatives.
- Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with research projects, implementing proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to integrate research findings into decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance on the interpretation of research findings and their implications for product development.
