Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Capability Snapshot:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Distribution Management: Strong understanding of distribution channels, logistics, and supply chain management within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager at Shan, you will be responsible for:
