Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Haidri Beverages, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth and market presence. Here are the key responsibilities that come with this position:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategic plans to achieve targeted secondary volume, numeric and weighted distribution, and market share objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and develop your team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and effectiveness.
- Distributor Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits, while also analyzing competitor activities and devising counter strategies.
- Cold Availability Enhancement: Implement plans to enhance cold availability of all SKUs across channels, thereby driving secondary sales growth. Manage assets such as coolers and glass, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Route to Market Strategies: Develop and execute effective route-to-market strategies, leveraging best practices to maximize sales penetration and efficiency.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in sales force operations.
- Profitability Management: Monitor and optimize discounts, variable margins, gross profit, and net sales revenue (NSR) to ensure profitable sales within the region. Additionally, ensure distributor profitability for sustainable business relationships.
Experience Required:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 8-10 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the beverages industry.
Qualifications:
In addition to relevant experience, the ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional performance.
