Position Overview:
As a Raw Material Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, and overall safety of raw materials. Your responsibilities will include:
- Timely Material Reception: Ensure the timely receiving of raw materials, maintaining efficiency in the supply chain.
- Inventory Management: Place materials on shelves accurately, following pick slips to reduce mismatches during production.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect raw materials for quality, identifying and reporting any hazards to the manager.
- Safety and Security: Be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of raw materials throughout the handling process.
- Issue Monitoring: Monitor and report any issues during the receiving of raw materials to the manager for prompt resolution.
- Loading and Offloading Inspection: Inspect the loading and offloading of materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Team Management: Manage staff members, fostering smooth communication and coordination.
- Gate Pass Inspection: Scrutinize the gate pass of transporting vehicles for accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experience: 01-02 years in a relevant field.
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred.
- Work Shifts: Day shift (08:00 am – 08:00 pm) & Night shift (08:00 pm – 08:00 am).
