Position Overview: As a Product Manager for Digital Onboarding at JS Bank, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the banking experience through digital channels. You will be responsible for spearheading the development and enhancement of our digital onboarding platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving increased adoption of digital banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital onboarding initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and operations to drive product enhancements.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in banking, preferably in management positions.
- Qualification: A minimum of a graduate degree is required. An MBA and/or banking diploma will be preferred.
