Are you a skilled professional with a passion for procurement and supply chain management? Diamond Fabrics Limited, a subsidiary of Sapphire, is seeking a Procurement Executive to join our team at our corporate office in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in sourcing and procuring materials for our textile manufacturing operations.
Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Corporate Office, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials required for our textile manufacturing processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement software.
