Position: Assistant Manager – Maintenance Location: Multan Road, Pattoki, Lahore Qualifications:
- 05-07 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Minimum B.E (Mechanical) qualification.
- Sound knowledge of ISO Standards 9001 / 22000 / 14000.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: As the Assistant Manager – Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of maintenance operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintenance Schedule Development: Create and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule to optimize operational efficiency.
- Preventive, Routine & Breakdown Maintenance: Oversee and manage preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Utilities & Maintenance Operations: Assist in managing utilities and overall maintenance operations for seamless production processes.
- Breakdown Minimization: Implement strategies to ensure minimized breakdowns, contributing to uninterrupted production.
- Cross-Functional Loss Reduction: Manage cross-functional loss reduction initiatives and troubleshoot issues for enhanced overall performance.
- OH&S Standards Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards.
